I can't believe all the awesome stuff we got. We were definitely spoiled! I think that my husband is the most spoiled person I know though. He already had gotten the new Driod phone, and night vision goggles..(Yes, Night vision goggles! Don't ask me what he needs them for, but it was his dream to have them! He thought he might need them for when he takes the trash out at night, haha!) Robert and Waddy got these huge remote trucks that run off of gasoline, and these drifter remote control cars. I have never seen anything like them, I will have to post some videos of them playing with these!
I can't believe that Heather and I got a Cricut!! I am so excited to use it! Don't be surprised if you come to my house and see that my whole house is decorated in vinyl lettering!
Oh ya, and to top everything off he got a Glock too!
I don't know why she was crying, but this is a funny picture. After we got done opening presents, Roberts grandparents and his Great-Grandma Smith (in the picture) came over for a delicious breakfast.
Now she is happy!
My camera was being so slow. This was right after Kaylie gave Travis some kisses. She loves him so much.
She was a little spoiled too... she has so many toys, I don't know what to do with them.
We also went to my grandmas house to celebrate Christmas with my family, and then after that we headed up to New Harmony to spend the rest of the weekend up there with Roberts family. It was fun and relaxing as always and the boys had fun playing with all of their new toys.
A couple of days before Christmas our brother Hunter left for Germany for the Army. We are really sad that we won't see him for 3 or 4 years. He will be stationed in Germany until he gets shipped to Afghanistan in July for a year, and then back in Germany. It was hard to say goodbye, but I am so proud of him and am very thankful for his sacrifice and service. It made me appreciate and think of all of the other families and wives of our soldiers. I wish I could thank all of them for their sacrifice too, I don't know how they do it!
Right before saying goodbye.
Kaylies going to miss Uncle Hunter!
For New Years Robert, Kaylie and I went to Heather and Robert's house. Kaylie was out by 9 but little Travis was up till after midnight! We had fun playing games and pigging out on junk food. Thanks for having us over! (sorry no pics)
On New Years day we wanted to have a fun family outing so we took Kaylie to the Shark Reef for the first time. She loved it!! She pointed to everything and said "ats dat" (whats that). It was so cute. Her favorite part was at the end seeing all the sharks.
I hope everyone had a great New Years. Last year was so good to us and we were blessed in many ways. We became first time parents, and have had the best time watching our little fartsack grow into her own little person. I am excited to see our family grow even bigger this year!
